On September 26th I exercised my right to vote in parliamentary2010. This method of automation of the electoral process was easy, simple, fast and only 4 minutes as the vote counting remains slow.Electoral Systems in Venezuela have undergone major transformations, especially since 1989, when they occur the first elections of Governors of State (appointed to date by the President of the Republic) and Mayors (The executive functions were assumed by the President City Council), and change the mayor's Election System (Proportional Representation through closed and blocked lists one called Proportional Preferential System list).
